SEQIPRAIL

Overview

The SEQIPRAIL  program is being delivered by QR via alliances with industry partners or by traditional contracting means.

Alliances

The benefits of alliances include a cooperative and flexible approach to delivering complex projects over time, building strong relationships with the private sector, and achieving considerable savings in time and cost to QR and the industry.

The following projects are being delivered by the TrackStar Alliance, made up of QR, Thiess United Group, Connell Wagner and Maunsell Australia:

Corinda to Darra Third Track
Caboolture to Beerburrum Duplication

Beerburrum to Landsborough Duplication

Robina to Varsity Lakes Extension

The Salisbury to Kuraby Third Track project (civil and station works) is being delivered by the S2K Alliance, made up of QR and Abigroup Contractors.

The Darra to Springfield Transport Corridor project is being delivered by The Horizon Alliance, made up of QR, Department of Main Roads, John Holland Construction, GHD and Kellogg Brown and Root (KBR).

Contractors

Other SEQIPRAIL  projects are being delivered by traditional design and construction contracts.

Projects being delivered by a traditional sub-contracting means include:
