A second rail line has now been built between Mitchelton and Keperra on the Ferny Grove line.

New station facilities are now constructed at Oxford Park and Grovely stations.  The stations feature lifts and footbridges, modern buildings, shelters and enhancements to the station environment with new landscaping and architectural finishes.  The stations meet the Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport.  Car parking capacity was also increased.

As new rollingstock becomes available, additional train capacity will be provided to improve service levels and to cater for future growth along this important rail corridor.
