The $700 million rail program to be undertaken by TrackStar Alliance was launched by QR's CEO, Bob Scheuber at the official opening of the Alliance program office in Milton on August 28. TrackStar Alliance harnesses the best skills of five experienced business partners. They are QR, Thiess, United Group, Maunsell Australia and Connell Wagner. The partners signed a Program Alliance Agreement on 30 June this year.
TrackStar Alliance will deliver four projects including the Caboolture to Beerburrum Duplication ($275 million), Robina to Varsity Lakes Extension ($75 million), Corinda to Darra Third Track ($118 million), and Beerburrum to Landsborough Duplication ($275 million).
The program is part of SEQIPRAIL's $7 billion rail improvement program to roll out over the next 20 years.
