A number of organisations and members of the community have an interest in the impacts and the outcomes of the COALRAIL Infrastructure Program. 

QR Network Access consulted widely with these key stakeholders during the preparation of the 2006 COALRAIL Infrastructure Master Plan and addressed their views where possible. Further consultation will occur during the development of future Master Plans.
